Bogging

Hi. New here.
I have a new 2015 Outlander 500 and a problem. When I let it coast down hill by the time I get to the bottom and hit the throttle again it just bogs down and takes a few seconds to kick in and go again. A complete loss of power. It seems almost like it is loading up with gas and if it had a carb I could see that but not on EFI. Had it into the dealer for it’s 10 hour maintenance and had them check the fuel pump just incase. The pump tested out fine and they can’t see any other problems that would cause this, in fact they could not get this ATV to bog at all?? Funny I can. They had it for 4 days and the problem exists. I did have some bogging on a straight run when I first got it but seems to be gone now that they adjusted the valves and installed new plugs.
It’s just this coasting down hill and then bogging out at the bottom that is really weird.
Any one else have this problem?? Or can someone guide me as to what could be the problem.
