Big Bear 350 swing arm removal

Hi. I have a problem with my other quad. When I bought her the guy said she was leaking oil and it was coming out through the hole where the rear universal is attached. Only a ten dollar fix! The seal was only 10 bucks but he neglected to tell me that i had to remove the whole rear end to put the seal in the inside the casing. I fiqured ok a little hard work and it will come out. After a lot of hard work I got down to taking the swing arms out. I did manage to get one side off easily enough, not that easy though, but when i got to the other side the bolt would only come out half way! It wasn’t a problem screwing it in but when i turned it it sounded like something was broke. The bearings are in good shape i guess because there was very little play. I was wondering what the best thing to do was, cut it off or would know a trick or two? Any help would be great. Thank’s
