Bert’s UTV

So if you are on the west coast you probably have heard of Bert’s UTV. I recently stopped in to see what they had, ended up walking out with a new Rzr. lol

I then had the shocks redone, installed, and went to dial them in. As I was riding through the desert, I was staring at the wheel and not paying attention. Well I ended up in a ditch, bent the upper and lower a-arms, and took a shot at my pride.

I live in Vegas, called local shops to find they don’t have them in stock, and couldn’t get them in time for Halloween. I even shopped online, called Rocky Mtn, etc.

So I turned to my salesman at Bert’s. His name is Art Wood. I explained the pinch I am in, explained Halloween at Dumont, and asked if he had any pull at Polaris. He was very confident he could help.

After spending the money for expedited shipping, and asking them not to waste time, I received the arms on a Saturday.

I opened the box to find a brand new set of arms, for the wrong side! I was so bummed. Now I decided to call Art simply to thank him for his urgency, and let him know I appreciated the help. Mistakes happen. However, I do realize that there is no way to get them to me by Wednesday, in time for me to leave on Thursday.

At 9:00 at night on Sunday, Art called me at home. He said he has a plan and he will call me in the morning.

Monday morning he then called me to let me know he drove an hour out of the way, but found a set of used arms, excellent condition, and will be sending them to me next day air.

Now, even if these are not the correct ones, or wrong side, whatever, the service I received is worth noting. You get what you pay for they say. But then there is 5 star service that doesn’t happen everyday.

If you are ever near Bert’s UTV, say hi to Art Wood, and see what service is about.
