So I’ve been seriously considering the idea of getting a cvtech primary clutch for my 15 renegade 1000 xxc. Stock motor, 27 bighorns. Aggressive trail is my normal use.
Will this clutch do a lot for me? Or is it really just for large tire changes? I’m reading that it puts the power to the ground better, but it’s hard to beleive it is THAT much better than the oem clutch.
Took the left rear bearing carrier off to grease the wheel bearing since I bought the Machined Integrations greaser. They work real good.
My problem is, when I put the lower control arm bolts in, the upper part of the carrier doesn’t come close enough to get the top bolt in. What am I missing or doing wrong? :banghead:
Hey guys, I’ve got an older sportsman 400 2 stroke that’s giving me some fits. Sometimes, generally on an older spark plug, I can’t get it to shut down. Turn the key off or hit the kill switch and it just stumbles a bit but keeps running. It’s done this for as long as I’ve had it. Just recently rebuilt the top end, new key switch, swapped exhaust for a low hour used system, and new reeds. I’m at a loss as to what could be causing this.
I have a 2012 sportsman 800 EFI. Bought new in Alabama. Just moved to upstate New York and a buddy gave me a glacier 2 plow. Everything but the mount that bolts to the atv. Multiple vendors have told me multiple part numbers. Does anyone know the actual part # for the plow mount that will fit my 800 EFI. Thanks for the help in advance.

Had the lower fuel line grommet rot away and all my fuel drain out. I have been able to remove line and filters and aquired a new grommet. My question is what is the easiest way to get that lower grommet and then plastic fitting all put back into the tank. I have the side panels, top tank cover and inner fenders all off. The lower tank fits so close to the engine I have a hard time getting my hand in there. Any good suggestions? Don’t really want to remove the tank. Thanks
I’d like to add spacers for performance reasons.
The wider stance, the added stability and handling improvements…
My bike is a 2016 Outlander 850 XMR on stock tires and wheels. 30x9x14
Are 2 inch spacers on all 4 wheels going to add too much stress on the other parts on the bike?
I don’t think 1" will be enough to make it worth it, but what about 1.5"? i still prefer the 2" unless someone can talk me out of it. Is this a known axel snapper? From what I gather it’s really not that stressful to the machine.
All that being said I have never used any spacers whatsoever, which i why i am asking for opinions and facts
Installed the EHS fuel controller on the grizz and had a question. When I first start the engine the green lights do their scrolling then 4 of the lights turn red/yellow for about 3-4 seconds then turn to 3 greens then 2 greens. I wanted to know if its normal for the 3-4 seconds of red/yellows? And when I rev it from idle it sometimes goes to red/yellows before it goes back to green, is this also normal?
