Front loaders and scoops wear and tear

Greetings all, first post and hope you guys can answer a couple questions.

I am considering my first ATV purchase. Looking for utility, and hopefully an all around workhorse. I am seriously sick of moving wheelbarrows of rocks, mulch, soil around my house and up all the slopes I have. Sooooo after much thinking I am torn between a compact tractor like the Kubota BX or an ATV with add on equipment. I know the tractor is a better tool, but I also know it ain’t gonna be fun afterwards like an ATV. I am leaning towards the Polaris 6×6 due to its dump bed and high towing ability. I don’t need to do stuff everyday, as I am a homeowner, not a ranch owner. Occasional home projects, and property maintenance, plowing, etc. I have seen the Wild Hare system for the 4 wheelers, but its way pricey. So if any of you have the add on front scoops I see that hook up to the plow frames, do they really put a lot of wear and tear on the front ends?? Do they even work, and if so, are they worth it?? And lastly, if you have there 6×6, how has it been for a combo work machine / fun machine?? Just want to buy once and buy right.
