2016 570 clutch kit issues

OK I had qsc clutch kit installed over week ago now. I’ve found that when I 1st crank the 570 it will idle 1350 to 1450 rpms and it seemed harder to shift till I put in gear and drive it for a few minutes then it will idle at 1250 to 1300 rpms and easier to shift. There has been a few times I’ve cranked it after it been sitting for day or 2 and put it reverse or low but have giving it any throttle yet. Reached to shift to a different gear and it would not budge until I turned it off then cranked it again then the lever would should shift out of the gear it was stuck in. I’ve checked it without 570 running and it shifts flawlessly. This on a 2016 570 EPS. Any ideas?

Moab May 7-12, for n00b

Wife and I are headed to Moab first week of May. It’s the anniversary of our first date, and we are getting Married up there May 8th, making it official.

We’ve had ATV’s for a year, and have done a trip to Crested Butte CO. Pretty new to this still, so take that in to consideration.

Looking for suggestions on trails, trail books, hotels and a nice quiet place to tie the knot. Photographer suggestions as well.

Thanks! Daubs

350 Grizzly 4×4 Recoil Start – add one

I recently purchased a 2011 Grizzly 350 4×4 IRS and it just seems weird that it doesn’t have a recoil start of some type. Anyone had any luck adding a recoil start? I found one at PartDiscounter for a Kodiak 400 and it says it will fit my 350. I had a Honda 300 fourtrax with a kick starter and it has saved my but a couple times when either the battery was dead or the solenoid went bad. I was able to finish out the hunting season a couple years ago by using the kick start when the solenoid went out, I didn’t have to take the time to fix it and miss time hunting.

Help – Mystery Motor issue 07 Ranger 700 EFI

Hi and thanks for reading. Any al all help will be greatly appreciated. My Ranger 700 EFI runs but not well. When this started I trouble shot through and repaired several issues each time thinking I had solved it but to no avail. Fuel pressure was lower than acceptable range so pump was replaced. Running steady 40 psi now. Voltage regulator would charge fine on start up then collapse to 5 vdc, replaced with a new one that starts in the 13’s then climbs to the low 15’s then settles back down once warm to the upper 14’s vdc. Battery stays charged now.

Remaining issue is a rough idle, it sounds like it’s hitting on one cylinder only but I’ve dismissed that, both fire the same on a spark tester while running. New plugs properly gaped. New plug wires, just because.

It will drive but again feels like one cylinder or timing is off. This happened all of a sudden one day when coming in from checking cows. Thinking it was a loss of fire on one cylinder I turned it off and towed it in. While idling, it will intermittently spurt a good run, but it’s only momentary. I’ve scoured over all the wiring issues commonly found on the forum but nothing found and no changes when moving wires.
I’ve have a video clip of the idle and spurts on good run if I can figure out how to post it.

My TPs and wiring is tight. Air filter clean. Running with air filter out did not impact the idle issue. I’m suspecting TPS but don’t really want to changed parts that may be good. Certainly someone has experienced and solved this problem.

Looking forward to the suggestions and thanks again for the help and ideas.
