As I posted on looking for a winch, I found a good deal on a Warn Warn 90451 ProVantage 4500-S Winch. It was the same price as the PV2500S winch.
You could not see how happy I was when I found it. so I got it ordered.
Next thing to do is to find a mounting kit for it. I start to look at the Warn and it states PV2500 to 3500. Well I seen that KFI made a nice mounting kit for Warn to fix my wheeler, and as I read on it, it states the same as the warn mount.
Did I buy a winch to big? Dose someone make a mount for this?
Did I just get a sweet deal on winch and can not use it?

From what i have read the tuner makes the engine run cooler . If that is correct could there be a negative impact on the catalytic converter? Is the motor getting hot enough to make the converter operate properly ? If the converter is not getting hot enough won,t it plug up ? By now those that are running tuners for a substantial amount of time ,would have experienced any potential problems associated with the converter ? Please anyone shed some light on the issue. Thanks Don

New to the Forums, and any help would be greatly appreciated. I recently "inherited" a nice 2005 Sportsman 500 HO with Demand Drive 4×4. I live in the Mountains of Colorado and would like to install a plow, but I’m getting buggered trying to find a plow mount system that is listed as working with machines having the demand drive differential. Any of you fine gents (or ladies) have knowledge of a mount/system that would fit the bill? (Would prefer a front mount system but beggars aren’t picky.) Thanks!
I friend of mine brought over his 1995 Fourtrax for me to fix. the issue at the time was (what I later found out) to be the one way starter clutch.. yanked the engine out and replaced (What a PITA that was !!! ) got everything back to gather and NO NEUTRAL Light … I can ground the neutral safety switch to block & light will come on & crank. I was wondering is they ANYTHING that I could had done to screw up the neutral safety switch , Could it had just went out like that , are they any other testing I can do ?? I really do NOT want to take the engine back off, if I can help it … Thanks in advance for your time & advice
BTW – I am new to this forum although I have used it to gain a lot of knowledge – THANK YOU ALL that post !! !
Hi, I have been trying to revive my 1986 TRX 350 that was given to me by my grand mother a few years back. It belonged to my grandfather who bought it new. He passed in 1998 and it set for several years, until it was given to me in 2008. During my last deployment in 2011 the one way starter clutch went out. and I had to kick start it which worked as long as I used it frequently. In 2012 I stopped using it due to working too much. When I got a chance to ride it. I spent several hours trying to get it started with no success. Well I have now gotten around to repairing it. Bought the starter clutch off ebay and replaced it in the evening after work. I also replaced the front breaks, and rear breaks as well as master cylinder. Well summer hit and I have not been able to work on it in a few months. Now that I have it all back together I just filled it with oil and was getting ready to start it for the first time in years, and run into a problem. It is stuck in reverse. The shifter will go down but not up, and has no spring to it at all. After finding this out I happen to remember that when I removed the cover to access the flywheel the rod that holds the gearshift also came out part way. It might not have anything to do with my problem but just thought I would bring it up in case. Any help is appreciated.
