Hey guys, was wondering how to tighten the collar on the handlebar that contains the headlight, engine kill, reverse override…..only 3 hours on the new ride…..when I push the reverse override….the collar wants to spin away from the push…..can’t really see how it’s attached….I’ll assume, thumb pressure shouldn’t cause it to spin……thanks

I have a newly aquired 97 Xplorer 500 with Super Swamper 26×9.5-12 in the front, and they are dry rotting from sitting flat. The Swamper 26×12-12 are on the back, but in fine condition.

Want to replace just the front. I have been looking at Mud Lites, but would 25×8-12 fit, and would the size and tire difference make a ride difference?

Hi There, I’m new here from Ontario Canada. I have a Renegade 800R and an Outlander 500. I use to ride with my son but he’s too busy these days so I meet up with some local guys to ride. I prefer technical trails with mud and rock. My Renegade is snorkeled and the rad is lifted. The Outlander is stock and great for a nice easy ride if I don’t feel up to doing the rough stuff. :th_smiliewavey:

i am only able to reach a max speed of 42 mph

i have read that ATV should be able to reach up to 50 mph.

Bought used put new piston and rings, runs good but kill switch does not work put new old and nothing just pull black wire off cdi stops, just a pain. Anyway wire that comes off switch, found a black wire that comes from killswitch with high low beam where does it go wiring diagram shows not there, the switch new shows 3 wires coming off killswitch with high low wiring, opened the wiring to switch connected to black killswitch merged together. One to fuse other with high low Attachment 64121
