Trail boss 325 oil line routing

So i got the 325 i rebuilt running. I reconnected the oil cooler lines as i took them off. After idling for a couple minutes, the HOT light came on. As it is right now, oil comes out the rear line above the filter to the left side (looking towards the front as if you are sitting on the seat) of the oil cooler. This fitting has the temp sensor on it. The right side line comes off the cooler and back to the front fitting above the filter. Are these reversed?

Tire chain clearance issue

HELP…. I have a 2006 Sportsman 800 EFI that I purchased chains for the front wheels, I installed them today getting ready for ice fishing season and they rub the tie rod ends? Can I just space the wheel out with a couple washers or should I look into wheel spacers? If spacers what do I need? Where do I purchase?

2000 TRX 450ES Oil Temp

Hello all , I am helping a friend with his 2000 450ES. The bike was running hot and the fan was not coming on ( no display ), so he has replaced the Speedometer head ( display ), Fan control module and oil temp switch. Now when the lower engine gets about 210*F + the oil temp light will come on and the fan will run. It will cycle on and off a few times but seems to be working correct. You can also ground the wire on the switch and the fan and light will run.
My question is – shouldn’t the fan cycle on and run before it gets hot enough to turn on the oil temp light ?
I have not had many dealings with oil temp on these , usually its just the wire is tore off the switch.
Thanks

2016 850 won’t start

I have a 2016 850sp with 251 miles on it. Ran fine up until the last time I took it out. It will start but sounds very rough and when I hit the throttle it just stalls? I’ve never had this machine in deep water or mud. I’m not sure where to begin.
Someone on the trail said it sounded like a cam shaft sprocket???
Any ideas?
This is my ver first post as I’m a newbie to this forum. Thanks in advance!

Stock tires and Hatfield McCoy

We are planning a trip to HMT.
Both quads have stock Polaris tires (Carlile PXT). These tires appear to be more agressive but they say they are all terrain. Am I off base?
Looking for a better tire for both.
The 1000 is also used as a yard hauler. The 850 is all play.
Do not want to break the bank and want to keep stock rims.

Let the opinions fly!

can am tires

I put a new set of Duro tires on my 07-650 max and now have slow leak problem with them. I brought them to a tire shop they cleaned the rims sealed and reset them but slow leaks are still there. I am thinking of putting tubes in them any thoughts
