Going through lubes on my 850 trying access the grease fittings on the suspension arms. A couple of them are easy but some are impossible to access. Even if I jack it up the nipple can’t be reached and grease spews out.

Should I replace these with a 90 degree nipple or get some attachment for my gun?:unknw:

I’ve read numerous similar posts of others fabricated new pulley methods with their plow ropes. Seat belt material, two straps etc.

My problem is i’m currently using a Hawse fairlead and synthetic cable. The cable broke where it rides up and down on the hawse fairlead within 1 hour of plowing. It seems like the angle for the cable is to sharp down to the plow. I also tried some 1000lb ratchet strap i had lying around and it also broke.

Know I’ve seen the seat belt idea, but to do this a pulley can not be used as the belt material is to wide. Is it ok to go straight to the plow tubes? What other methods are people using?

Another idea i’m thinking is ordering a rolling fairlead with the large bottom roller. (Warn makes one as does Moose.) This should allow me to keep the existing mounting points I have, but reduce the stress on the cable as it goes down to the plow tubes. Would this correct the issue?

People with pro vantage setups can you post up your ideas?

Was cleaning my 05 and 06 660’s yesterday after our couple day trip to Tennessee and I believe on both of them the oil seal in the water pump has gone and now have brown coolant. Is there any kits everyone uses? Or do y’all usually just order up the individual dealer parts? I looked at a couple of diagrams and I believe the oil seal is called the mechanical seal? Hope to pull the plastics off and check the week holes, I’m sure they are both clogged and have caused this now.

Is it normal for these things to rattle/clank for 2-3 seconds after it’s started. Bike runs well. I’m new to Polaris and the Fuji engine.

Just changed oil with POPO 5/40 and no change.

I recently acquired a 2003 Sportsman 90 for my grandkids, and am trying to get it in shape for them. When acquired, it had no battery and was leaking fuel from the carburetor. I installed a new battery, and new carburetor. It starts and runs good when kick started, however will not start with the electric start. It turns over great, but just will not start. I have searched the forums and tried a few things suggested, but just don’t know where to go next. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
