I have a 2002 Honda Rancher 350 Es that I just bought a big bore kit for and it has now arrived! It’s going in an extra engine that came with the atv which once had a big bore kit in it. The guy I bought it from didn’t like it for some reason so swapped the motor out with the one that is in it currently.
For this build I’m just replacing rings, piston, and gaskets since the sleeve that is in it, is one for the big bore kit, the 375. While doing that I’m also putting in a clutch kit before the motor goes back in.
What I am wondering is if anyone has any advice or has seen any walkthroughs for installing these kits. I plan on cleaning the motor out very well to make sure there is no debris in the motor for it to smoke afterwards.
Does anybody have any suggestions or things they would have done differently on theirs for when I build my motor tomorrow afternoon/night? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Hi guys , i’m looking to get a predator 03 i would like to know how reliable these atv are ? Another question , the predator has not been use more than 3-4 times the last 3-4 years …What should i do , Only a small tune up like oil , filter , spark plug or should i clean the carb ?
I recently obtained a 85 ATC 200s. This trike has been sitting for years. I emptied and replaced the gas. Changed the oil and completely cleaned the carb out. Also removed throttle cable and confirmed the little c clip is in the middle groove on the needle. New plug and foam air filter. The trike starts right up! I put the choke on and it runs at full throttle. When the choke lever is pushed all the way down to the off position it absolutely screams. Adjusting the idle screw out and it does nothing. Can someone help? Could it be the throttle cable? I sprayed carb cleaner on carb and rubber hoses while idling and it doesnt make it rev worse. Doesnt appear to be a vaccuum leak. Please help.

Okay so I just converted my 350 to 4×4 this past weekend. I hate the all time 4×4 though. I know about the drive shaft switch outs but I don’t like the way they look on the bike.
Does anyone know if swapping the front diff out of a rancher 400 and getting the handlebar switch would work? Ive compared the diffs of a 350 and 400 and the mounts are the exact same. But there’s three plugs on the 400 diff and I would only have one for the handle bar switch. Would the other two plugs matter if I left them unplugged?

Okay so this past weekend I converted my TRX350TE to a TRX350FE. Well before I did the conversion my bike went completely straight down the road without even having to hold the bars. Well after I got everything bolted on, one of my tires was tied in so far that I could only turn the bars in one direction. Well I adjusted it out straight. But now when I go down the road the bike pulls really hard to the right, and if you don’t hold the bars tight for even a second it will turn right so hard it will almost flip in the road.
Any ideas?

Hi guys, can anyone help me identify what Polaris seat this is (part number)? It’s on an 2016 850 Highlifter, which I assume has the same back rack as the 2016 850 and 570? However can anyone confirm the back racks are all the same? It’s odd because Polaris does not show this seat available for their Sportsman 850 at all. Help?
Hey guys just wanted to share. I was tired of always seeing a low voltage message. Let’s face it the stock batteries suck. So I found one that is a little longer, a shade shorter and about the same width, but upgraded from the stock 190cca to a 340cca AGM sealed one for $90!
