clutch rebuild kits

With 3500 or so miles on mine and my son’s sportsman 400’s I figured it was probably time to redo the clutches. Can anyone recommend a brand of kit such as EPI or should I use the factory parts. I have not priced anything out yet. But I want to do the primary and secondary clutches on both machines.

2002 Trail Boss 330 reverse works – H grinds

I got a 2002 Trail Boss 330 and took carb off and cleaned it and got it running.

When you place it in reverse it works great and the rev limiter makes it run fast.

Belt is good and has plenty of teeth.

Chain is brand new and looks good.

When you place it in H high, it grinds bad after 6" of travel.

Any idea what this might be since reverse works flawlessly ?

Help identify loose pin – changing stator

Oh the fun! I’m changing the stator on a 2008 Grizzly 700. The side cover came off without any problem, but a small pin fell out as the cover was removed. I cannot identify it or locate where it belongs. I’ve looked at diagrams but don’t see it pictured.

Other than the water pump housing and the left side cover, nothing else has been removed. Please help me figure out what this part is and where it installs.

Suspension Spring Options?

I’m noticing my 570 front springs are wearing quickly and are too soft. I would like to replace front are rear. I see HL offers fronts, but not rear.

EPI has fronts and rear available that they claim are 25% stiffer than stock. Anyone use those? Hope to maybe gain an inch of ground clearance too.

Sure wish RacerTech offered ATV springs. I just put a set on my RZR and they are amazing over the crappy Polaris springs.
