Apparently I have a 2004 500 HO Mossy Oak and NOT a 2003. I joined a FB group and someone pointed out that my plastics, flares and bumpers/racks are 2004. I don’t have a title but the 10th number in on the frame is a 4, which means it’s obviously a 2004. It must be an EARLY 2004 as it has Hilliard drive hubs on each wheels and NOT a central drive. Did Polaris build early 2004’s with left over 2003 parts but used the newer cosmetics? Below are some pics of mine…..
i purchased a 2016 honda rancher 420 es/at/ps etc just died on me on the trail last week fortunitly for me it was still under warranty. crank but no start. fire on either when given a quick sniff. my thought at this point is fuel. long story short they tell me it is the crank sensor. i hope they are right as this machine is off warranty in February. while diaging my bike they killed my battery and said they would not replace the battery. i bought a honda for it’s longevity and reliability. not very happy at this point. oh yeah the bike only has 32 hours on it.
Does anyone use an electric actuator to turn their snow plow? If so, what do you think of it? What size actuator do you have? What would you do differently? I’m thinking about putting one on my 60" Warn Provantage plow come spring or summer for next winter.

I have a 03 trailblazer 250. Just replaced the battery and starter solenoid. The solenoid still clicks when i turn the key? It turned over before i replaced the solenoid but i broke the external ground on the back of the old solenoid so i bought this new one that’s internally grounded. Cant figure out why its just clicking?
