Hi all’
In the last year I have replaced my front brake hose unit twice due to damage caused by the hose rubbing on wheel rim. This appears to happen only while turning and on both occasions caused brake failure due to loss of fluid . Is this a common fault ie a design fault or is it due to incorrect fitting.
Would appreciate sharing information on this issue.

07 Polaris sportsman 500 efi problems when plowing driveway.
Last Saturday pull out of 50 degree heated garage (it was about 30) outside. Atv died when changing gears 3 times but started back up.

At one point while in park RPM’s went up to 3800 maybe 4000 and I was not touching the throttle. I shut the machine off started it back up and ran fine for 30 minutes.

I have it on video if anyone is interested in seeing this.

Again doesn’t seam to happen in the summer but didn’t rife a lot this year. It was at the Polaris shop 2 weeks ago they said they adjusted the throttle cable but that wasn’t it. Not throwing any codes.

Anyone have a clue what this might be?

I want to buy the service manual but not sure which to get as the VIN tag says 9/2003 date and the title shows 2004 model year for my 600. Does it matter? Mine is Carb and not EFI if that matters?

I assume its an early year 2004 model?

i have a 03 650 rincon the speedometer as soon as i start it starts jumping around. iv went 3 miles and havent moved 10 feet Then the esp and 4 wheel lite flashes 5 times any sugestions

I will be adding wheel bonnets to my trailer and would like high quality, quick as possible bonnets, so brands would you recommend for a ATV? Also, I am curious thoughts on using 2 or 4 of them for a Honda Rancher?
