Heads up, electricial problem
Hello, my name is Mike and new to this forum. My wife and I bought 2 new 2016 570s. They are the base models till we see if we like this sport, which we do !! While servicing my machine, I found that the wire harness that runs by the throttle body was rubbed through and bare wires. It rubbed through were it was tied strapped to the cable. This wire harness goes to 4 sensors for the throttle body. The piece that the cable goes in has a sharp edge that worn though the harness and into the wires. This machine was also in to the dealer for a throttle position code and I have not driven on the trail since. Looking at my wife’s and found hers just was starting. Mine has only 737 miles hers 650 miles. I would look at your machines to prevent a lost weekend of riding. Will try to post pictures later, Not tech savoy. Also our machine were built in June 2016

Need help another electrical issue
I have a 2004 canam outlander 400 max xt and I’m having issue after issue with electrical. Hook up to a charger runs great for 10 min dies abd shuts down backfires and boom dead battery. Issue was voltage regulator just installed new one with relocate and new harness replaced battery went for a ride and same thing dead battey and dies. Also my dash isn’t working, no speedo no trip meter but lights on dash all work. Randomly light up different lights everytime I turn it on. Putting that aside hoping it’s just screwed the electrical issue is what scares me. All that’s left to replace is a stator do you guys and gals think I’m into a stator??? What else could it possibly be…

Kimpex click n go 2 plow
If anyone is looking for a great snow plow that doesn’t break the bank this thing is awesome. I bought it on Ebay for $489 delivered. It took about 2 hours to install (most could do it in probably half that time) and literally clicks on and off after you get the mount installed. I was absolutely shocked how easy it is to remove. It also plows great as well. We have got over 2 feet of snow in the last couple weeks and I can’t believe how good this thing throws the snow.
Bought my first ATV
I just retired my 1983 Honda ATC (200 cc) which I used for hunting. It still runs like a clock and the new owner is quite pleased to have it. I decided I really needed a 4 wheeler. I came across a 2004 Sportsman 600 with a little over 1200 miles. Overall its in very good condition. I guess I have to start learning all over again. The only thing I noticed that when putting it into High Gear it does not always lock in so when I push on the throttle I get a grinding sound. If I pull the shift back and push it forward again it goes away. Is that normal?
Thanks
Peter
