Have a 2015 sportsman 1000 xp. Really hasn’t gotten hot tell this last trip to the Black Hills. It was about 90 out and we were in heavy trees moving very very slow because of the side x sides that some body’s thought would be fun to take. Not….
Anyhow, I know nothing about exhaust and programing.
Would an ECU flash from RVS fix most of my problem or is the heat still going to be an issue.
I would like a new exhaust but I don’t want all the noise..

Hello. I am new to this forum and already have a question. I have a 1999 600 Grizzly and when I got it the engine was blown. That being said, I had to replace the cylinder sleeve with one from LA Sleeve. When I pressed it into the bore, the top of the sleeve sits above the rest of the surface by 25 thousandths. My question is is this normal? I can’t find any specs or pictures of this in my manual. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
My Sportsman 600 ignition system was replaced with part #2202603. Now either my coil or cdi is bad and I can not find part numbers for each individual component. I called a dealer and they said I had to buy the entire kit. Does anyone know where I can find the part numbers for the coil and cdi?
My problem is I only have fire out of one side of the coil. I changed wire and cleaned all ground connections. Am I correct thinking coil or cdi?

I just learned my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO won’t start. When I turn on the key the dash doesn’t even light up. The battery is new and hooked up correctly as far as I can tell. Any thoughts about what I can look at to figure this out? Or, is it a dealer level problem?
