On my last day fishing Lake of the Woods I went to the trailer and tried to start the ATV( -20 that night) and only got a single loud clicking noise from the starter. Thought my battery was low or possibly frozen due to:
1. 20 below temps
2. Run a Hummingbird helix 7 for GPS
3. Aux LED lights
4. Hand & thumb warmers
5. Not able to plug into tender for 3 days

Got home last night and immediately plugged in my tender, only took a couple hours to go green but still just a single hard click. Left it on the tender overnight and this morning still the same thing. So I aimed a heat gun towards the starter for a few minutes and she fired right up!!
My question is why did this happen and what can I do to prevent it. I was in some pretty deep snow and brutal cold temps for several days!!

Upper front bushings

Outlander x 800 g2. Changed all bushings except for the upper front. I see I need to move the radiator for clearance to pull the upper a-arm bolts. Any tricks or tips for doing this would be appreciated. For instance do I need to completely disconnect the radiator or simply take off the bottom radiator bolts? I have a service manual but no specifics on this step.

Seals need help again please

i got the seals in my diff. housing now, now im putting new wheel bearings and seals in . My question is after i put the bearing and Snap Ring in the outer housing which way do the seals go in . Both seals have a flare lip on them do they both face with the flare lip turned away from the bearing or what. Im guessing the flare goes against axle and the other one goes against the hub but just not sure i know you guys know the answer. thanks for all the great help again. also how tight should i tighten the axle nut is there a torque for the nut or what.
