rust

570 sportsman 2015 . general country use with only sporadic washes . I start to find rust in most of handlebar screws (mirrors, controls, brake cover…) . is it normal ?

Clutch vibration

Im pretty sure i have a vibration in the clutches somewhere at the higher speeds or in low rang still at the higher speed of low range. Is there something common that does this that i cant seem to find searching?

05 sportsman 500 with EBS. 8300 miles (I hate EBS) lol

If the answer leads to the clutches need rebuilt Id be interested to know what clutch mods it takes to get it to take off at a lower RPM. Its not a toy its a work machine to me. I have 2 wheeled off road machines to play with. All polaris seem to rev plenty high to take off for what i do. Once moving tho It seems fine how it gears up.

Call of duty for all Australians! Do it now.

Guys the time has come for us to make a change. Help Side by Side Vehicle become legal in Australia. Details:

"AORVA urgently needs your support!
As a first stage of achieving more access for ORV to Public Land in Victoria, we need you all to send a supporting e-mail to the Victorian Government with content requesting the addition of SSV to the existing Conditional Registration, Recreational Registration system, like two wheel dirt bikes currently enjoy. This will open up some 49,000 km of trails to SSV access.

The Government wants to ‘immediately’ see 500 supporters to show confidence in taking this step forward."

Subject:
Support for Recreational Registration

Email:
To the Hon. Lisa Neville, Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Water, and the CEO of Parks Victoria,

As an AORVA member and outdoor enthusiast I and my family would like to be able to access dirt roads, tracks and road related areas in Victorian forests for recreational purposes.

I am therefore requesting the current recreational registration scheme for Non-ADR 2 wheel vehicles be extended to include Side-by-Side Vehicles (SSV).

Kind regards,

Totron or Auxbeam 12 inch bar. Which to get?

Evening All,
I am getting ready to buy 12 inch light bar to replace my 2 Tuf Lights 5 inch 8 led separates up front.
I would like some input from members on whether to go with the Totron or Auxbeam bar. I have read several members opinions on here for both and am truly stumped on which one to get. Lumens are comparable, wattage as well. right around 73 watts.
I decided to wait one more day and see what all of you had to say before purchasing. I can say on amazon, the reviews for the Totron were much more favorable. But figure members on here would mount the bar close to the same as I would, and would use the same as I.
Also, I am running heated dual zone grips (ODI) and dual zone thumb warmer. Do I need to worry about another 70 plus watts? I do not run stock lights hardly ever when running the two 5 inch led lights. doubt I would use them if I put 12" bar up front either….Thanks in advance for any input,
Matt

Cvtech primary

Hey all, I am looking into a primary. I have the dalton clutch kit and it holds it own but I’m looking for more snap happy power.

I live in the calgary area and I would really like to see a cv tech in action in person on a 800 outty. If anyone has one and would t mind showing it off please let me know.

The reason I ask is I can get a Cvtech for $680 Canadian shipped to my door.

Or my other option is a new Qsc rev x. But at $1500+ Canadian do I really need that?

I’m a 50/50 mud trail rider

I have 27" big horns and I am looking at 27" mud tire.
