hi! I’m new here! I’m trying to help my father with his 1990 fourtrax 350. We got it new and has been very reliable. But now, if we don’t use it for 1 day, it will not start. The engine cranks, has spark but no fuel. If I remove the plug and pour some fuel in the engine, it will start right away and will be fine. I can shut it down, restart and drive all day without any problems. I don’t have access to it at the moment, but I’ll check it out when I go there next time. I hope you guys have some hints for this strange problem. thanks for your help!
Hey all, been lurking here for a few months since purchasing my 2014 Grizzly 700 a few months back. I really enjoy the info on the forum and it appears to be frequented by a great bunch!
I’m currently looking for some options for side lighting on my Grizz. I currently have two Rigid Dually’s up front and find that when night riding, my eyes get so accustomed to the bright light up front that when I look behind or sideways, everything is just so much darker. I was hoping to add something on a separate switch that would illuminate the sides should the need arise. Sometimes you get in a tough spot where you could benefit from sideways lighting. Ideally something LED and flush mounted into my rear Kolpin Trail box. The front corner of the box is angled slightly forward and would provide a great place to flush mount while tucking the wires out of sight inside the box. Running power to the box will be no problem.
Anybody have any suggestions?
P.S> I tried posting some pics/links to products I’m interested in but apparently my post count is still too low (<10).
Thought I’d share this with the Forum, Pete’s cycle day at Rock Run in Patton PA. on April 24th from 9am-5pm you have to register in advance, I believe its only $10 Per rider for the day. Hope to see you all there!

So this weekend I was riding and needed my reverse to get out of someone’s way and of course it didn’t work all my gears work fine except reverse! It works sometimes but most of the time it doesn’t and the neutral wants to act up some it’s a Honda trx350te does anyone have an idea what might be my problem??
I am thinking about purchasing this for my 2013 550 and would like some feedback from anyone that has owned one. What model did you use it on? Did the universal mounting kit work okay? How much ground clearance do you lose? How high can you lift the bucket? Has the release lever held up? Did you buy the teeth to put on the bucket? Was it worth the money? I read a lot of reviews on amazon, but would like to hear what Polaris owners have to say.

This weekend I went to Walmart to get an oil filter for my truck and noticed they are no longer carrying Purolator. I’ve been using the Classic filters on everything I own for years. Now I need to find something else for my 800. Anyone try Super Tech? My local auto parts store carries Parts Master which is an Affina (wix) made filter. Seems to be identical to the Napa silver. Or I could just order the OEM online.

OK, so this is the second time I’ve swamped her. 2012 650 Max. First time was a full chug of water in the intake which wasn’t extended and hydro-locked it. Did the usual field repairs: remove plugs and blow it out, change oil and filter multiple times, drain the gas tank, ect. All was good.
Learned from that one and extended everything up into a stealth snorkel. This time (Months later) I got sideways in a watery mud pit and got water into the gas tank through the not sealed very well factory gas cap, which made it stall and then moved through the rings (I’m assuming) and down to the oil No biggie I figured. Again, usual field repairs: change oil and filter multiple times, new plugs, etc. Got towed back because the radiator was packed and overheated. Immediately shut it down and got towed back.
At home did more oil and filter changes and changed plugs again. Now I have a knock in the front cylinder. Interpret this as Cha-Ching??
What now? Looking for advice. Should I send the whole engine into Mr. RPM for a rebuild? All advice and opinions are welcomed.
