I plan to build a race ready 400x. I don’t know where to start, what to do. I don’t want an engine that I have to rebuild 10 times. I want something that I can race but also joy ride. If someone could tell me what parts and things that’d be cool. Thx!

So I got stuck in a hidden ditch. In the process of getting out I somehow threw a track. I managed to get it back on but it was a pain. Is there a trick to doing this to make it easier?

Hey all, been creeping on the forum for the last year and a half, and finally decided to join. I have a 2008 Outty 650, been a great machine for the 500 miles I’ve owned it!

Just purchased a 2003 660 with a rebuilt engine going to do some mods to do some mudding

I have a 2011 Grizzly 700 EFI and now have a problem. It all started with a battery that I think had a bad cell, so I got a need batt. Now it seems to run like crap, after talking to someone they had me put some mechanic in a bottle in the tank and run it for a bit. At this time I don’t think it’s a bad gas issue. I noticed when I try use the winch to raise the plow the engine stalls and when turning the wheels it knocks and bucks pretty bad. If I drive it in a straight line back and forth it’s fine but it seems like when the power steering puts a load on the electric system, like winch is when runs bad. It will start and idles fine. At this point I have no idea what to do.

Took it out last week, fired right up and rode. Put it back in the shop, hooked up the battery tender and left. Zero issues

Come back today to put in a new fuel petcock as the other was NOT oem and I wanted it correct. Let me start by saying it’s GETTING FUEL….so that’s not it. Plumbed correct, pump works, mini fuel filter is brand new (bypassed just in case). Pulled plug and verified it’s soaked. Put A NEW plug in the wire and cranked it. Nothing. Ran fine last week. Sits. Now nothing. Ideas??

Stater? Igniter next to stater? Bad Coil? Haven’t ran any tests yet….just here eating lunch and figured it may be a common Polaris issue and maybe someone could save me some troubleshooting time. Thx

Can ride for 4 hours….all is fine. Suddenly it will start to cut out. Engine light comes on for a second. Then it goes out and will run normally for a bit then does the same thing. The wiring looks good, all connections dialectric greased. Mo dirt in tank or on the pickup. What else can I try?
