87 fourtrax 250 rear brakes locked up

I’m new to the forum and am just looking for any help I can. I’m not very mechanically inclined but am trying to get my quad going. The only thing holding me back now is that the rear brakes are locked up. The lever on the right is stuck in the down position and won’t move and the rear tires are locked. Hoping someone has any idea of what I can do to fix this. Thanks

Will 30s rub on d2 fender flares?

ok got a 06 outlander 800 with 30×9 silverbacks on 14×6 itp rims all the way around with pipe lift in front. The wheels and tires are factory take off from a xmr. Will the direction2 flares work on my bike or will they rub? I know the factory flares for the xmr will fit with the tires because thats what they had stock but they dont look like they would add much mud coverage. Any pics??????

Sony Action Cam HDR-AS200V

Just received my new cam today. I’ve been wanting a GoPro, but decided to give this one a shot since it was cheaper and after talking to another member on here that has an action cam. I scored it for $200 off of best buys website with free 2 day shipping. It came with the wrist remote and underwater case for that price. I bought the 14pc accessory kit and 2 SDXC cards on amazon for cheap. It’s able to do live streaming to your phone via WiFi. The underwater case is good to 197ft, or 13 ft with the supplied case. I chose not to get the expensive 4k camera, but this is still capable of 60fps@1080p and 120 fps@720p, which is plenty for what we do. The battery claims 115 mins of continuous recording time, but we’ll see how long that really lasts. It also has GPS so when you edit your videos, you can overlay the GPS info onto your videos if you want. Hopefully the steady shot and wind noise filtering works as good as advertised. We have a big ride up Deadman Creek coming up this Sunday. I’ll report back after I get some time using it.

Few questions on a 04 outlander

I just purchased a 2004 outlander 400 for my stepson with a 1,000 miles on it. I feel I got a good deal. The previous owner kept it stored inside. There no wear marks on the racks or plastics. Apparently it was just used at the cabin to go ice fishing with.
It’s very clean starts and runs like new.
Is there any known issues that I should be aware of for the future. Attachment 43993

What is my Diff Fluid Telling Me?

Hey guys, I was wondering if one of ya’ll would help me understand What my front diff fluid is telling me. First off I have a 2004.5 sportsman 600 twin. just bought it a month ago, been giving it hell and now my awd went out…:sucks:. I checked all the electrical conditions, good. then I changed the fluid what I saw was 1. an over filled hillard system, by a good bit. 2. a very grungy dark green fluid that seemed to be very low viscosity unlike the olive oil appearing easy flowing correct fluid. 3. what seemed to be like many bubbles or possibly water?
What I would like to know is if any of this could be telling me I have a broken roller cage or just need to flush it 100 times more?
Im new to the atv game and don’t understand everything yet!(Dirtbike Guy)
Thanks!!
