I picked up a new scrambler 850 and went for my first two day ride last weekend.
I went over a fallen tree and did not have it in awd and switched it in to awd while the rear wheels was spinning without thinking. Would I know if I damaged my new atv already?
hi all, just sharing a little thing i learned. do it yourself rivet puller.
just get a crappy pair if pliers and grind down the tips to form a grabbing point. works the nuts and i use it for those pesky plastic rivets.
hello all, so i got this honda ex300 on a trade. it drove fine the first few hours. i noticed that it stumbled at higher rpms back down and runs fine. i wastold by them carb mightneed work, cool i og tth is. took it to the trails and really hit it down the road and it just died. as i am slowing down i tried to pop clutch but nothing……. so i cleaned the carb put her back on and still nothing. i have spark but no boom. :dry:
Idk, when I ride my ’86 350 it just feels more put together than my trx300, but i am more used to the 350. Could this just have to do with the fact that its heavier plus it has a straight front axle compared to the independent front suspension the 300 has?
I have a 2004 sportsman 600 twin that I just did a clutch kit on. After, when riding and coming to a stop, a couple times the machine wanted to keep going. I had to hold the brake and I could not shift out of high. After applying throttle it returned to normal. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I know I put the clutches together right and the only difference with the "stock" kit was the springs were longer and a new helix. Also, the engine, exhaust and tires are stock.
Has anyone else had battery issues with HL Sportsman 1000??? If it sits for a week or more I have to charge it. Just wondering if anyone else was seeing this.
I guess I should look at having an aftermarket like Odyssey installed.

one of my ballasts died and i’m tired of 1 hid not always turning on so i want to get something else and get rid of the ballasts.
Hey guys, new member here. I picked up a 2013 scrambler 850xp le. Read alot about issues with this year and model. I have the steering play everyone seems to have. My question is about the lagging throttle response. I adjusted the throttle cable, and it helped a little but not a snappy response. Is this normal for this quad? I also ride a 06 predator and a wolverine 450, which do not have this issue. Any ideas? Or is this issue with belt driven quads

Just bought a 2013 Maverick 1000 it is my first SXS , still got my Grizz but wanted something wifey would ride.
