Been looking into putting some small LED Light bars on my Polaris front bumper for when I really need the light at night. I would like to stay under $100.00 and something easy to install. I was at Wal-Mart the other day and found some small round LED lights with a switch and all wires to connect to the battery. About pulled the trigger but wanted to see what most are doing on here.

I’m considering sending the entire motor to one of the two big site sponsors and trying to figure out what shipping would be. If I can keep total weight under #100 then it can go regular UPS. Someone suggested it might fit in a cheap cooler chest which is a great idea plus it’s already light. Any real knowledge of what the assembled motor weighs?

I needed to replace my driveshafts joint and my local napa store didn’t have 338’s in stock so I went to my local tractor trailer supply and ended up using spicer 5-170x u joints , they were only $16 each as opposed to $25 from Napa BUT they had them in stock not a two week delivery

Hello everybody.
I have a problem, some of you may help me with.

When driving constant in like 40 or 50 km/h, it feels like the engine brake gets in and out. So the speed is not constant.

What can be the problem?

I have upgraded the clutch to a CVTec, and installed a new belt. I also instaled a new helix and spring (OEM), because the old one was worn out.

Could it be engine brake or the brakes? There are no sound of squeeking brakes, so I find it hard to belive it is the brakes.

I have a 07 TRX500FM rear differential that is making a weird noise and I cannot figure it out
It has been removed and split open and all bearings are good fluid is clean
I found a video on Youtube of someone who has the exact same issue
and its also a Foreman TRX 500 There is no play in the pinion gear and it does it with the shims in place, swithced or removed
Kinda going crazy on this one so any help is appeciated
