I have an 02 660 I bought a few months ago with out being able to completely look it over it. It started leaking fuel from the overflow so I took the carb off turns out to be brand new and by the markings on it I’d guess not original. Now I had order a dyno jet kit in hopes that it would take care of an idle issue but all the jets are about double the size of the stock one. Being that is carb is some kind of after market I sure the jets are the wrong size. Has anybody had issue with aftermarket carbs? Should I try to find a used stock carb? Or new? I’ve tried fixing the fuel leaking issue a few times now with no success. If anybody has some ideal I’d be glad to try them all. Thanks !!

Anyone still selling the machined high flow pump impellers like Renelander used?

So I was riding last night up at camp. Probably going about 30mph down a trail. Hit a rock dead on in the middle of the trail…ATV came to a total stop.

Looked under my tire and man did I mess it up. The area where the A-Arms link to the frame are all bent at the frame. They’ll need cut/re-welded/etc.. I’m also assuming I bent my frame from the impact. The front left wheel/tire is pushed about 4 inches back towards the rear.

Everyone is fine and I’m taking it to my guy tomorrow to have him look it over. What do you guys think? Thank god for insurance.

19.6 miles 9 hours. 2 short blink pause 3 longer blink engine light then repeats. What the heck?? Beautiful day planned to pull bush hog and cut some hunting lanes. Pulled it out of garage and got lights. Yes going back to dealer when they open on Tuesday. Any ideas? Anyone have blink codes for this POS excuse my french. I have a Rincon 680 that doesn’t pull bush hog. This was supposed to be the workhorse :*(

I’m looking for the best combination of jets that are used in this machine for more throttle response/power. Theres a jet kit on amazon for around 50 bucks but I know that you can buy individual jets for a lot cheaper. Any suggestions?

I have a 2001 Grizzly 600. The tires on it are 25x8x12 in front and 25x10x12 in back. I dont know anything about atv tire sizes and the general do’s and don’ts yet. The rear tires will do for now. The front tires are in rough shape and aren’t safe to ride with. I have 2 used front tires a friend gave me. They still have decent tread on them. The size of these are 24x8x12s. I’m just wondering if it would be ok to use these since the size is a lil off. Back tires are Maxxis and the two front i’m wanting to put on is Maxxis also. Also, does it matter if the tires are different brands or diff tread patterns?

I’m at a loss on how I’m supposed to remove the steering stem. I’ve taken the nut off bottom and removed upper bushing thing, isnt it supposed to just pull out? What I’m trying to do is replace the lower bearings but I’m at a loss and I don’t own a manual. If anyone has ever done this any advice would be great

When I start my recon it is stuck on full throttle. When I give it gas the slide is working in the carberator but it doesn’t appear to be changing how engine revs? Any idea? Does it sound like a bad throttle?

Really appreciate the help.

New girl from BC Canada. Love my 2013 Grizzly more than anything in the world. Had a Kodiak for tons of years but I love the Griz more. Would rather be riding than fixing but would like to add some cool mods to my stock machine. 🙂

I think I need to replace my reverse sensor…..when buying parts it wants me to buy the sensor and the oil ring which I intended but then the website also wants me to buy a sensor assembly kit…..do I need that? Or just the sensor and the oil ring
