My 2015 570 has starting squeaking when I turn the handlebars.
I’m assuming its the steering shaft bushing.
I was looking for grease fittings but didn’t notice any. Am I missing something or, is there are way to grease this?

Trying to take rear axle out for bearing replacement. One of the wheel hubs (wheel mounts to) is stuck. What is best method to get it off? Heat? Puller? Hydraulic press? Hammer? Other side came out piece of cake. Thanks.

So i was riding and the inevitable happened, my fuel pump went out, and i was wondering if i could buy a cheap $20 one online, or would a Vacuum pump be cheaper/easier to use? If i did go vacuum pump how hard would it be to install? My bike is a 1987 TRX350.

Hey guys, I just purchased my first quad. It’s a Polaris Sportsman 800 efi 2005. It’s in great condition, though there are what appear to be a couple minor things I need to take care of. Right below the compartment that houses speedometer, handlebars, and top light is a tube that runs down into the main body of the quad. This is my first quad so I don’t freakin know the names of any of these items and I have been searching for this forever. Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

I’ve got this issue, where I redid the front wheel bearings.. and after tightening the axle castle nut, it goes deep enough that I don’t have room between the rotor and where the brake calipers mount.

installed the seals (front and back), reinstalled the whole "hub" back onto the machine.. then I slipped the brake rotor/assembly back onto the splined axle.

I have pictures of what I’m talking about, but I need like 2 more post to post it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pulled the trigger on a Polaris 450 Ho EFI yesterday.
Old 300 Hinco was the chase unit with the drag racing and she was about on her last leg and falling fast so tickled about the new addition and toy.
GF and I do a little hunting so dolling it up for the two of us to enjoy, and looking forward to getting John at ATV-Guru.com new brush guard they are designing which looks way better to me than anything I have seen online to order.
I’m sure I’ll have lots of questions, but will be fun learning from you all.

Hello, Needing some assistance with my brakes. But I gotta spam a few post before I can post pictures.

So I purchased an 01′ grizzly 600($1000) that ran great and from what I could initially tell was in decent shape for its age besides the bad swing arm bearings and some cosmetics.

Little did I know how rough of shape the frame was in until I pulled the swing arm and plastics off. Out of the 6 engine mounts only 2 are still attached to the frame :0 The bottom front mount and the top head mount are the only ones still secured. Someone somewhere already welded this frame to shit and welded it all out of wack. So my buddy and I have done some grinding and cutting, and have prepped the welder.

Here’s the deal, I need some stock frame measurements before we weld this sucker back together. Measurements between the frame where the swing arm bolts in, and where the upper and lower rear mounts are so I can make this a proper four wheeler frame again. Ill post some pics of the mess shortly, thanks!
