2001 400ex control arm/ball joint

Hey all. I have a bad upper left balljoint on my 01 400ex. I understand that they are not serviceable, and that i cant just replace the joint (must replace the entire a-arm)
I just called my local honda dealer and was advised that this repair would cost me 200 dollars! Outrageous!!! The same part on my truck cost me 80!!
My question is; do i have any other options? I want a high quality part. Is there any way to "repair" the joint? Not willing to spend such a large amount of money for a piece of tubing and a ball joint.
Thanks for the advice.

New Owner – ’16 Touring XP 1000 Black Pearl

Hey all, just picked up a ’16 Touring XP 1000 in black pearl with the plow system and hydraulic angle. Looking for something to replace the passenger seat when riding 1up but have not found anything small other than the XL cargo box which is too big. Everything else seems discontinued or not available? I would love to have pn 2878154 but can’t find one.

Grizzly 660 Carb – Please Help

I have had a grizzly for 660 for about a year and I have a carb problem that I can seem to fix for the past 4 months. When ever I get on a sloped area usually comming out of a mud hole, front end elevated and i believe leaning to the right, the darn thing floods out. I say floods out because I can smell gas and the end of the over flow tube (black tube from bottom of bowl) has gas on it. It sounds like it is hitting a very low rev limiter and barely has enough power to keep running. Below is what i have tried over the months to try to fix it along with other fixes:

-Soaked the carb, blew it out and rebuild (with new rebuild kit).
-Adjusted the float to get the fuel level where indicated in the service manual.
-Adjusted the idle air screw (not pertaining to this problem).
-Removed the "T" vent line and run it strait down next to the overflow (did this because had it running up and durring one of the flooding episodes filled the tube with gas).
-I have confirmed that the cap on the other side of the carb "vent" is still there.

Also when i get the 660 5/8 under water it dies the same thing.

Please, any suggestions would be great, I am at my wits end…

Can someone please measure their Grizzly 700 tire to tire

I don’t have a Grizzly yet, but I am trying to work out if its going to fit on the back of my truck.

I know the website states width, but am not sure if the tires are the widest part, or if its refering to the plastic.

Can someone please measure their grizzly from outside of tire to outside of other tire.

Can you also state your tire size if you don’t have stock tires.

Thanks
