2006 450 sportsman hillard clutch, does anybody have the JD part number or know what it is ???

Well I had to send one of my Turner axles back because it was clicking once a blue moon. Just a little background on how the axle began to click.

My axles are 8 months old and last fall I had a boot clamp pop off. I think a rock got stuck between the clamp and arm. Once the clamp popped off I called Turner and was told clean the grease and put a clamp on it. Well the clamp popped off once again. I repeated the process again. Fast forward to now. I began to hear a click when turning hard in reverse.

I called Turner and asked them to send me parts so I could rebuild the axle. I was willing to pay for any parts knowing the clamp failed. I was told to send them the axle because it shouldn’t be clicking period. I did so. I packed it up and sent it to them. 10 days later the axle was being shipped back to me fully rebuilt all I paid for was some parts I need for something else.

I was very impressed with turners products and customer service. Thought I’d share my experience since we all run some sort of axle:tools1:

So I am a total newbie with quads , I still love to Moto X on my Honda CRF450R.
I bought the Grizzly for plowing snow in the winter, and to pull my aeratier , seeder, fertilizer,and broadcast sprayer during the summer. And hopefully get a chance to run the Hatfield & McCoy trails for fun!!

I have lots of questions, first – what seems to be the best all around tire pressure to run?
How long did you guys take to break in your machines?
What seems to be the best shock and spring settings for trail riding?

I took the winch and mounting plate as the Yamaha promotion , instructions seem to be from an older model, on the wiring kit I am not quit sure where it plugs in at? And once the winch is fully mounted where does the push tube kit for the plow mount to, the directions seem a bit fuzzy there as well?

Gonna stop there and hold the other questions for another day!

I’m sure I’ll get beat up for this but I did do a bunch of searching on the forum and I just want to confirm. Looking at putting sti hd beadlocks on my grizz, that should add 1in to each side correct? From my understanding sti’s 5-2 offset is more like 4-3
