Silverbacks, terminators, or outlaw 2s

Hey guys what’s everyone’s opinion on mud tires for these XMRs, I love the skinny silverbacks that come on them they seem to be a really good all around tire, but they’re not that great in bottom less muskeg which is a lot of my riding, I also have a set of 29.5×10 terminators from my old quad I was thinking of swapping my silver backs for but I also have a guy that would trade a brand new set of outlaw 2s for my terminators. Which do you guys would think be the better all around mud tire for bottomless muskeg, and thick heavy clay type of mud. Should I just stick with the silverbacks cause they’re lighter and cause less stress on the drivetrain? Or should I make the switch to heavier and more aggressive outlaw 2s, or do you think my slightly wider terminators would out perform my stock silverbacks? I value any and all opinions on this and I’m really hung up on what tire I should go with so any one who’s had any experience with any of these tires please chime in I would really appreciate it

What belt to buy?

Want to get a belt to keep in my bags for a backup should I pay the insane price for a brp one or are the other Dayco ones just as good? Granted if I were to use the belt it would probably stay on the machine and would buy another backup

Outlander 800 valve covers

Hey guys,
Like I said last time, just picked up a 2009 outlander 800 gorilla edition. Well I can see that the valve covers are leaking a little. Well I did some research and warped valve covers are apparently a common problem with older valve covers. The new ones don’t do it according to them. So I was just going to replace them with new along with the gasket. However, I can not find them for sale anywhere!! You guys know where I can get them? Are there better options than stock?

2016 Grizzly heads up!

This is not a complaint, just for warning folks. Just because something is new doesn’t mean it’s ready to ride!
I went to grease my air filter inlet and check cleaned of the filter after a ride. No filter housing bolts and the gasket installed wrong straight from the dealer! This is not the first I’ve found either. One of my headlights was missing a bolt also.

Found a surprise replacing a CVD boot (need help with confirming part numbers)

The machine is a 2012 450 EPS grizz and I thought I needed to replace the inner front left cvd boot. Once I pulled the boot I found some more damage. I do not see other damage besides the bearing as you can see in the picture. The exploited views do not show this as a separate part. My question is what is the part number I need here ? Is it 4S1-2510J-00-00 ?

Wheel and Tire Setup Question

I am looking at getting a new set of wheels and tires for my 2006 Grizzly 660 and was wondering about fitment issue. Will i have any issues running the 28x11x12 Mega Mayhems on 12" itp ss112 wheels? Do i need a lift? Will i have any scrubbing issues with the fenders? Thanks

Wheel spacers

I have a 2016 850 XMR and looking to put either 1.5" or 2" wheel spacers on. I contacted my deal and he stated that the hubs were 4/137 but I have tried 2 different sets and both barely fit the hub and stock wheels wouldn’t fit at all. Are these new bikes set up for 4/137 or 4/136? Thanks in advance.:th_smiliepullhair::th_smiliepullhair:
