So my work Atv has been parked in the shop for 2 days and today I noticed a puddle of oil beneath it. When I bought it 4 mounts ago I noticed that where the rear drive shaft comes outta the motor it’s leaking. The weird thing is that it wasn’t very severe until last oil change. I put ampsoil 10w40in it and am wondering if that is the problem. I looked at bossbearing and found a engine seal kit for it. I’m wondering if anyone knows if I can buy just the reAr driveshaft seal anywhere or if it’s the oil I have in it? If no one knows or recommends it I will buy the entire kit.
This thing is a beast but like everyone else, I want more. I really want this thing to be able to power wheelie. I like the GSE muffler but they don’t make one for the Highlifter. I read more than once that RVS is the place for tuning but what else do you 1000cc owners think? What’s some of the better; or not so good, mods you’ve tried?

I am selling 4 wheel spacers off of my 2013 Grizzly 700 (bolt pattern:4/110). Currently I have aftermarket rims so there is no need for them. I had them installed for 1 day so there is a little bit of lock tight on them but they are still in brand new condition with all the necessary hardware. I purchased them from eBay from the seller xxBilletxx. I will sell them for 60 bucks and that will include shipping through the US Postal Service. I accept Paypal and if you have any questions please feel free to send a message…Thanks for looking!

I have a 1996 Honda Foreman 400FW, I have split the case and am in the process of putting it back together. The shifting forks measure .125" at the claw ends the manual says the service limit is .177. I see no signs of wear on these forks they still have the factory coating and pitting. Am i missing something?

I might like to wrap both exhaust pipes on my Outlander 1000R in an effort to "pipe" the heat out the pipe instead of allowing it to radiate in between the side shields and out on me.
Have you done this, and if so where there any ramifications? I assume if it is effective in heat reduction, Can Am would have done it long ago.
What could go wrong? Maybe too much heat in the exhaust side of the head and burn the valves or warp the head. Maybe the exhaust headers will turn red hot and fail from overheat. Maybe the muffler and spark arrester wouldn’t like the heat. Maybe Can Am wanted the exhaust side of the engine in the "breeze" as the machine is being ridden forward.
