I was doing some riding today, pushing the throttle a bit, drifts, holeshots and stuff. I’ll admit I was riding rough. Then when I was lining up for my next hole shot(race start),I came to a stop and the engine dies. The electrical power stayed on but the engine died, does anybody know what this is, has this ever happens to any of you all? After I fineshed doing a check it seemed fine, did not happen again after a quic loop on the trails, I appreciate all help/replies.

Just bought my very first atv and first can am machine. A 2007 outlander max xt 800cc efi with only 3800 km on it. (approx 2000 miles).

The body is a bit scratched but the engine is quite powerfull.

I have been having issues with the clutch and I cant seem to get it adjusted.

Symptoms: when you pull the clutch in all the way, it will not completely disengage. It wont go into Neutral from 1st and it will creep forward. This happens more when its hot.

Troubleshooting: Adjusting the cable to get more pull on the cable, then the clutch starts to slip. I backed it off so the slipping stops, but then it wont disengage all the way.

What else should I be looking at?

Just acquired a 2000 Polaris 250 Trail Blazer for my granddaughter that needs some TLC and it looks like this is the place to be. Happy and appreciative to have found this forum and look forward to being part of the community. 🙂

Hey all, just want to see if any other owners are seeing this on their machines. On the rear where the a-arm/cv tube connects to the frame, I am seeing the paint cracked like the ear is bending. This is a brand new ’16, with 2 hours on it. See photos.

I have a 2015 model. Want to get a spare wheel to pack in case I get a puncture I cannot repair on trail. Does anybody know of the oem rear wheel will work on both the front and rear for a short time to get me back to my trailer and tools? Or if the front oem wheel will fit both front and rear while clearing everything.

Lots of Alberta riders here. Let’s hope for rain and lots of it. Not just so they lift the restriction, but also to help with all the fires burning in western Canada right now.

I have a 2011 sportsman 500 that I cant find where a connector goes. I bought the bike partially torn apart and in need of repair but cannot find where this connection goes. Its has 2 wires. A red wire with a white stripe and a yellow wire with a black stripe. It forks off one of the headlight connectors. Its not to the fan as the other headlight wire also has a fork and that is where I plugged this into. if someone could please help me out I would really appreciate it.
