Does Polaris use MAF (Mass Airflow Sensors) on their EFI systems? Just curious, the older vs newer thread got me wondering?

Are they based on a TBI set up?

Hello everybody. I an in need of some possible pointers of a problem with my 400ex. The bike has been great, yesterday I changed the spark plug. I removed all plastics and moved fuel tank over but did not disconnect. Changes plug that was really burnt, reinstalled gas tank and noticed a rubber hose off carb didn’t see where it was conncected thought it might be a breather line? started quad before assembling the rest of plastics ran ok. Replaced all plastics and took for a short ride cam back an idle was super high, so I turned quad off and restarted adjusted left hand side screw thinking it was carb screw but not sure what it is for? but then turned idle screw on carb and quad shut off and would not fire like it was to lean popping out of exhaust then smelled alot of fuel like it was flooded? This morning tried starting but would only kinda run with choke all the way on but would only stay running with me giving it throttle then shut off. I have no idea what is going on? please help.

i just bought a 2016 sportsman h.o on 27′ outbacks with 14 in Hd wheels. ive already tooken it to ride and does great but i found myself being cautios around water. ive been looking around at kits and nobody seems to have one for it. but ive also heard the 450 is the same as the 570. any help?

Hey guys, I finally got my 4 wheeler up and running and now it is time to actually let it breathe. Does anyone know of a good performing and not too loud exhaust for the 400?

I ebay searched it but am skeptical about fitment due to previous experiences.

I know HMF, Big Gun, and Muzzy are good brands but do they make one for my bike? Also, is there a vendor that is more used or preferred for this kind of stuff?

Yep, new owner of a 04 DS650. Well I bought it not running but the guy said he had the motor rebuilt and a lot of new parts in which I could tell. His mechanic said that the CDI box was bad and only one spark plug was firing, which that box online is about 130.00 bucks. It would turn over when you ark the starter relay it turns over and sounds like she had compression. So I bought her for 900 bucks.

So I got home and put a meter on the battery and it was dead as hell, been charging all night so will see when I get home tonight. Oh ya, will post up pictures as well.

So I do have a questions, why is there two spark plugs in a single cylinder head? also, any idea’s on what might be the issue…. I think that I am on the right track.

Where is the cheapest place to buy 2 front tires, and possibly all 4, for a 2003 Polaris trailblazer 2WD 2 stroke?

If anyone is looking for a good set of used Bighorn OGs, I have a set for sale.

Rears are 26x11x14 and the fronts are 26x9x14.

These tires have 4,000 miles on the, but there are NO PLUGS OR PATCHES on any of them! I’ve never had a flat tire, and I’ve ridden in Michigan, Tennessee, West Virginia, Moab, Wyoming, and South Dakota. The lugs are still approximately 3/4 inch tall.

I’ve rotated these tires to the opposite side of the quad at regular mileage intervals to keep the wear on the leading edges of the tread blocks even.

I would be willing to let them all go for $225. I’m iin northern Michigan.
