Hey everyone trying in my renegade after the long weekend, I have some questions, I know the cvt exhaust is still in the silly place were it gets water in it at water depths above the tires, thinking about havering them out the canam snorkel package on, they will give me a discount for it so will be a little cheaper. Wounduring how that snorkel can am makes, I’m not the guy going through seat deep water but want to be able to hit a mud hole on the trail without belt getting washed down lol. Thanks in advance are they worth it? I think it looks like a cleaner install vs afftermart ones with three pipes sticking through my brand new plastics..
They will give me $7500 for my renegade and the new one is 12300 before taxes so payments are going to be about $50 bi weekly! So no brainer plus I hunt and fish a lot and want my racks back!!
Ok so my 250 has been running ok for a while, though it was becoming harder to start and never really idled that well once hot. So recently I installed a carb kit and cleaned out the carb. Since doing that I went away and the bike didn’t get started for 5 weeks.
Now I can’t get it started at all. It cranks and cranks but doesn’t fire up. I’ve checked the spark plug and it seems ok. I’ve dumped the old fuel, cleaned the tank and tried fresh fuel. I’ve got a new spark plug on the way to be sure.
Strangely it seems to spit fuel out the back of the carb when cranking. It comes out from the little brass coloured tubes at the back. Would this indicate problems with the float/float valve? The valve was new but float wasn’t. And could this cause a no start situation?
Looking to rebuild my carb on my 02 660 because I’m getting fuel in my oil. What’s the better kits out there. Any comments on the shindey? Or anything better. Thanks

Good Evening I am in need of some help identifying a recently purchased quad. I was told it is an 85 or 86 Honda 200sx fourtrax. It has no suspension Every pic I have seen online of an 85 or 86 200sx shows suspension. I am having Carb issues and want to get a service manual. Any help identifying this quad will be greatly appreciated.
My name is Michael i recently picked up what i was told is an 86 Honda 200sx fourtrax. Thought I would join the forum because i have questions already lol. A little about me…. served 12 years in the Army, built and currently Track Day my Datsun 510. getting ready to put a KA24E single cam with a turbo in it for more power. I also have a 85 Celica GT which i am building. I was a welder/fabricator for 15 years until taking a supervisor position. I mainly TIG welded stainless steel but welded pretty much any material. I am not new to wroking on cars but am new to ATV/Dirt Bikes. Thanks for the fourms.
Hi everyone, I own a 1986 honda trx125 and I have a no spark issue. I’ve narrowed it down to where the CDI is to blame, but I can’t find a replacement anywhere online. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement? Any help would be appreciated thank you
Hello GC. Just picked up my new grizz about a month ago. Absolutely Love It! Its a 2015 Grizz 700 Special Edition.
I plan on using it for plowing out the driveway, trail riding, and maybe some hunting, some work around the yard.
It is all stock with 100 miles on it, as of writing this. Some mods I know for sure will be implemented are a winch, a plow setup, beefier rubber, nicer wheels, new handlebars, clutch upgrades.
Will also be adding some aesthetic accessories also. Some nice lights, rear bag setup, hand warmers, etc. After the warranty ends, I may do some engine work but I’m not sure.
Can’t do it all at one time but will eventually be making it something of my own.
Hopefully it will be reliable as long as I own it.
Help I am in the process of rebuilding my 2003 440ex with a 12:1 compression piston . It was a stock 400 before it has a fmf pipe on it. I have it all back together and it will not start. The timing looks right it’s getting fuel and spark. Do I need to adjust something ( jets or valves ) since I switched to a big bore kit??
Just want to say Hi to everyone. New to the sport. New owner of a 420 Rancher and thanks to the forum I got my winch installed right the first time!
Thanks everyone!
