New to me 2013 renegade 1000 maintanence questions

Ok guys I have been looking online for different kits for oil change and lubes
What are you guys using brp oils and filter? What about the air filter what do you guys recommend uni filter or knn I’ve decided on buying race driven pads and rotors as mine are shot. Does the fuel filter need to be changed also? Last question what spark plugs are you using. Stock motor only upgrade
Now is the snorkels thanks in advance!

Front and Rear Tires Different Heights

A buddy of mine purchased new Rear tires for his 800 xmr. He went wider and he went with 29.5 Outlaws. The Outlaw tires are about 1" taller now in the rear then the fronts with 29.5 SB. Will this affect anything? He was told it would and asked if I ever heard anything like that. So I thought I would find out.
Thanks.

Gas in air box

Hey forum. So recently I had discovered that there was water in my ranchers gas tank. Today I decided to drain everyone out do fill it with fresh fluid and all that. So upon opening the air box I notice a liquid in there and turns out it was gas. I did not know until now that my brother had turned the tab up vertically to wash the bottom of the tab couple days ago. After that I tried cranking it and didn’t turn on. How did the gas get in the air box? How can I fix it. Is it considered to be flooded?

Newbie from Georgia

I’ve got little older machine, an 06 x2, that I’ve had for about 6 years. I’m just getting into really riding. Everything is still stock , even has original tires. I’m about to change all of that. X2 is little harder to do. All suggestions and advice is much appreciated.

Voltmeter

Added a voltmeter to the Outlander today. I run a 40 gallon tow behind sprayer and wanted to keep an eye on the voltage as well as for my extra lighting. $5 eBay waterproof voltmeter. I soaked it with the hose for a while just to test its waterproof claim and it works great! Well worth the money!

Grizzly 450 Starter Solenoid

Well to add my current repair list my starter solenoid has quit working after doing the diagnostics.

Gee, Yamaha doesn’t give these away that’s for sure, and I’ve seen alot of bad reviews of the $8 Ebay Chinese versions.

Should I just dish out the $54 for an OEM one or is there a good source for an aftermarket one out there?
