Snorkel Hunt

I’m in the market for a snorkekl kit for my 2015 rubi. I’ve had my eye on the Diver Down kit from highlifter, but it’s $200… Is it worth it? Mainly do river riding. Is there a better system out there?

New from NY

Just purchased this new to me uses 2011 Polaris Sportsman 850xp with Eps. I have one question. The quad has an aftermarket muffler and a k&n air filter on it. Apparently at one point I am assuming it had a power commander on it since it has a power commander sticker on the front but the seller says he can’t find one anywear. I know with motorcycles when you add an exhaust and intake you usually are supposed to rejetyour carb or remap your fuel on the computer with a power commander which basically tricks the computer I to thinking it needs to put out more gas.
So my question is that since this has an aftermarket exhaust and a k&n intake filter do I need to install a power commander. The seller States that it is still running a little rich. Are these aftermarket exhausts really worth it? Are they usually louder than stock? I am thinking about just buying a stock muffler and reinstalling it on the bike and getting rid of the aftermarket one. I am coming off of a 2010 Honda rancher AT 420cc so stock 850 should be more than enough power.
I already plan on installing the richochet a-arm guards and skid plates, moose front bumper, bison rear bumper, still thinking about the rack extenders and hand guards as well as a LED light bar.

Where to anchor G2 Outlander in Truck Bed?

Okay guys I searched around and could only find a thread on anchoring on a trailer.

I have been anchoring my Outlander in my 6.5ft truck bed by the rear rack. I don’t like it and it worries me a bit. Clearly that’s not the best way to anchor an ATV but I CANNOT find any other anchor points…

Everything is covered in plastic or skid plates. Does anyone have any suggestions? The tailgate is about 6 inches from closing…SO CLOSE. It’s just never going to close.

Thanks.

Skid / Protection Plates?

Although I do mostly gravel or dirt road driving with my 570 Touring, there is the odd time I head off into the bush where clearance can be an issue.

What is the benefit of Aluminum bottom plates VS Plastic plates?
I’m assuming the plastic variation are quite hard so whats the real difference?

I’m fairly handy so am curious if these can be mounted in the garage (by me) or does it have to be a service person?

looking to purchase Honda ATV

Hi,
Newby here looking to buy an atv. Honda has been highly recommended and I would like to get input on the model best suited for my use. #1 use will be hunting, should be capable of hauling a deer myself and gear. #2 use will be exploring or joy riding the mountains of Colo. #3 use may be snow plowing access roads driveways etc…I would like the shaft to transfer case instead of a belt. And what’s the suggested retail on a 2016 open to 2015 models. Advice much appreciated and thanks in advance.
