Maverick Max primary question

Please forgive me if this has been asked, but I have read and read and I haven’t found the exact answers. I was doing Google searches, so forum searches may have given better results.

I have read the Maverick Max Turbo XDS has a locking primary and it doesn’t need an aftermarket primary. On the other hand, I have read the Maverick locking primary is junk. The poster didn’t say wich Maverick locking primary is junk, so I am clueless. I have read counterdicting comments.

Here is what I want to know.

Does the Maverick Max Turbo (base turbo model, not XDS or XRS) have the locking primary?

Is the turbo Maverick primary that is locked as good as the QSC or VFJ primary? I know as good as is a difficult question to answer. So how does durability compare? Belt life? Engine braking down to a stop (VFJ freewheels below 5-8 MPH)? Does the stock locking turbo Maverick primary freewheel? Is it as tunable as the aftermarket primaries?

Is the stock Maverick Turbo primary that is locked as light in weight as the QSC or VFJ primaries?

What Maverick models have the roller secondary I have read about?

I need to know so I can decide what Maverick Max to buy.

Is it safe and reliable to do a slip on and tuner?

So I have been debating for a couple weeks on whether or not to buy and pipe and fuel tuner. My debate comes from deciding whether to take an extremely reliable and perfectly running machine, change things up, add things, and possibly run into engine problems by doing so. I have read all of the pros of adding both of these to my Grizz. I have also read of numerous folks having issues getting them "tuned" just right, and other problems. Could I please get some input from all of you on this? I would love to have more power, and actually be able to pull the front wheels of the ground if I feel like it, but not at the expense of tuning something wrong and burning up my motor. Are these tuners that complicated and touchy? Are they that much of an improvement if I add one, plus a pipe, plus the aftermarket air filter box from EHS racing? If I can get crazy power, a smooth cooler running Grizz, and have no worries about blowing the thing up at all, I would do it in a heartbeat. However, I just would like a little advice and input from all of you that have them.
Going to install on a 2014 Grizz 700 EPS/Hunter.
Any advice/input is GREATLY appreciated. This is a spendy investment and I want to make the right choice the first time.
Would also be buying the DMC Pipe, DMC Tuner and EHS Air Filter Box and filter set up. Unless of course, anyone can recommend a better or safer more reliable set up instead.
Thank you all in advance,
Matt
