Recently bought a 2012 Can-Am Outlander 1000 XT Camo. 2" lift on 29.5 Outlaws, i freaking love this ATV. Doesn’t lack in power AT ALL. Anyways, can’t seem to find those front bumpers that have the LED light bar already built in. I know you can just hook a regular light bar up with no problem but I just like the look. Can anyone help?

I need new tires for my 85 TRX 250 with a 2" shorter swingarm.

I just drive around the house and yard and on the bumpy paved and gravel roads too. Some light trails maybe. My first ATV so I don’t know jack about wheels.

Would like to stay with stock rims, handle and turn well, nothing fancy. Not tear the fudge out of grass and veggietative stuff.

Hey guys, I have an 85 250ES Big Red that customer says was smoking.
Sure enough she was rolling it out.

Took it all apart, rings were toast. Cylinder and piston had scoring
Bought a re-man cylinder off ebay. Guy had just had it bored 1.00MM over with new matching piston kit. Very good machinist. Very high positive feedback.

I got everything in, measured everything, double checked, everything measured good.

Put her all back together, customer also wanted a new carb. Got one of those direct drop in ebay carbs. Bought a carb kit and put the standard jets in.

Fired it up and took off and started smoking. Bad.

Took it all back apart thinking guy sold me bad set of rings. Put the rings in the cylinder and measured with feeler guage and was in spec.

Got new OEM 1.00mm over rings and another gasket kit and all back together again, new EX valve, this time OEM valve seals (thought aftermarket may have been a bad batch)…

STILL SMOKING… I am an experienced engine builder… So i obviously know what im doing.. Service manuals are my best friends.

Honda GN4 10w40 Oil used

Its somewhat of the white/blueish smoke BUT it doesnt smell like oil? Smells like fuel..

Factory size jets are in the carb. How can it still be running rich, if thats the issue..

I am sure it has been posted, but can’t seem to find it. I have a 2011 Grizzly 550 with EPS and just want to make sure I have all the regular maintenance it needs. Can you guys please tell me all I should be doing or checking on the quad? and where the grease areas and fluid changes and what not? or let me know where I can find detailed info on that stuff?

I’m new to the forum and I am not sure if I’m posting this in the right section but I have a 2004 trx250ex. I bought a new carburetor off of amazon. Now everything seems to line up except for the throttle cable. The old carb cap wont screw onto the new carb and it also wont come off of the throttle cable. It just seems to spin in place. I cant find a set screw or a c-ring that would be holding it on. Am I missing something or is it just not supposed to come off?

I just aquired an 06 Outlander Max 400 with 1300mi. The previous owner had hit a tree an written it off as scrap. I was able to make an easy trade for it. I stripped it down and found the left shock tower bent. After some blood sweat and redneckery it fixed and straight. Is there any recommendations on mods or upgrades on these. I’ve got no money invested in it yet but would like to make it as bullet proof as I can.

I just picked up an 05 Grizzly 660 with 400 miles($3000). I am going to change all fluids and oil filter. Is there anything else I should do? It starts and runs fine, it seems to run best with a little choke to it. I was going to run some sea foam through it to clean the fuel system. All advice appreciated.
