hey I got a 2015 xmr 800 and after every couple rides il pull the air filter and there will be lots of dirt/ grass on it..looked in air box didt see no holes, the clean side is staying clean but not the dirty side. could this just be coming in from the snorkel? anyone else have this problem? was gonna silicone the airbox lid but be a pain in the a$$ to have to remove old silicone everytime to clean filter specially if its after every other ride..

anyone running these? they look very similar to the bighorns, but are bias and cheaper

Machine has been running great until couple of days ago. It started cutting off at low speed then cut off and would not crank. I have checked ignition, it’s fine.
Pulled fuel pump and filter its fine. Have fuel pressure to throttle body. I cank crank over for 30-40 sec. and pull plug, it’s completely dry. Any ideas?
I have service manual ordered !!

Help please! So I bought a 04 Honda rubicon 500 lost fire I figured usual regulator well It had to have a CDI box and ignition coil and then I got it running and it said code 6 (bad angle sensor commen problem) replaced it now it reads code 4 (not enough volts going to shift motor/sensor) it has 5.1 volts going to the yellow and red wire (going to the shift angle sensor) and no volts going to the green/blue or yellow blue wire I do not have a manual and I don’t know where to start any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi! After nearly getting backed into last season I decided to mount a horn. Went overboard and got a Kimpex motorcycle multi switch for hi/lo, signal and horn.

Using a 4 terminal relay, everything works fine while the switch is dangling. As soon as I mount it on the bars it’ll spark when positive wire touches battery terminal and nothing else on the battery inc. neg terminal.

Tried putting electrical tape on the bar to try isolate it from grounding. Put tape on the inner plate of switch and same thing.

Had it mounted between the oem switches and left brake lever. It’s a tight squeeze but that’s the only place I can mount it. The only thing I can figure is that it’s grounding against the brake lever and/or oem switch block.

If I get time later today, I plan to disassemble the switch to see if I can find something amiss inside.

Would running a higher octane gas make any difference in anything besides my wallet? I have a buddy that says he only runs higher octane in his toys. I don’t see it hurting anything just curious what the benefit would be.
