Insurance in ontario

Looking for cheaper insurance on a 2016 Can Am outlander max Ltd. 1000r. So far both places that we have called said that this is on the restricted list. Is this the case for everyone else? Does anybody know who I should call for insurance? I’m located in ontario. We have had it for a few months already and enjoy riding, but after the last phone call I asked if this is on the list indefinitely, the response was yes. Kind of becoming a deal breaker with keeping it, but hoping there is somewhere else to try.

2005 Honda 400ex carb

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda 400ex. The overflow tubes from the carb leaked gas and it wouldn’t idle well. The guy told me it just needed to carb cleaned. I cleaned the carb, cleaned the idle jet which was plugged, and re-assembled it. It fired right up without the choke and idled well. I rode it for a couple minutes but never past 2nd gear. The next morning the air box was completely full of gas, the carb was full, and some was in the motor. I took everything off and tipped it back to drain what i could out of the motor. I haven’t done anything since. Any suggestions as to what I should do? do I need to rebuild the carb? Take it to dealer and have them fix it? Any help appreciated, thanks.

1997 425 magnum bogging 3/4 throttle

Thanks to the members, I usually just surf this page when I need help but after a week of messing with my 97 magnum, and finding the solution here I figured I would share.
Quad starts and idles perfect, but started bogging at about 3/4 throttle 2 weeks ago. cleaned and adjusted carb, pulled air filter changed plug all the normal stuff. No difference.
Pulled off most of the plastics to get at the engine and check the cam lobes, and pulled airbox as well. before opening the valve cover I tried quad again for hell of it and low and behold it ran perfect, this was noted deep down in another thread. washed airbox out (no obstructions found) and put it back on (no filter no lid), quad bogged again, disconnected the snorkel to the carb and it ran fine put it back on it would bog at high rev. Nothing getting pinched, no rubber boots collapsing nothing blocking airflow, thought I was losing it.
Read one thread that said put it all back together and make sure no leaks, which I did, and greased all the mating surfaces, low and behold it runs perfect, still waiting for a new air filter but it runs with the old one better than without one at all. I still find it hard to believe the carb is that sensitive that a tiny airflow change but that was it. Im sure the carb clean plugs etc helped, but bottom line was the air induction system and aside from the filter and a little effort its a super cheap fix, considering the alternative (Cam, Clutch, carb, valves etc)
