Hello, I have a problem that has me stumped, I have a 2005 Kodiak 400, with 300 miles. Runs great 90% of the time. Problem is occasionally when you load it like climbing hill it looses all power and sounds like rev limiter in forward or reverse. Seems to be more when it is hotter. I can ride for a little bit and park against a tree and floor it and get it to do it as well. I have taken tank off and drained it cleaned carb, changed spark plug and disconnected brake switch while it was doing it and nothing changed. When it’s sputtering the rpms are low as well. What am I overlooking. Seems to be doing it more often. I can haul my 5×10 trailer around yard all day and it won’t do it.

Looking at buying a new trailer because somebody (:crackhead:) made off with mine earlier this year. It was just a 5×8 tractor supply trailer, but I had decked it and put some tie downs and spare gear on it. Anyway too little to be worth an insurance claim. I am looking at a 6×12 mission aluminum trailer. MSRP is 2150 from the local dealership which is not bad. Anyone have one and like it? It is model MLS 6.5×12. When I tow it is a 4-5hr ride, so I wanted something more dependable than the TS trailer anyway. Looking to load one machine sideways up front and the other on the back normal. My brother has a polaris brand the same size (both are made by alcom) and I like his. Just looking for feedback before pulling the trigger.

I was riding our 1995 TRX 300 FW 4×4 and heard a noise in the front left wheel area and a few minutes later the front left wheel locked up and dragged for about 10 feet. I stopped and got off and didn’t see anything unusual. I did just replace the knuckle bushing on that corner so it was all torn down recently. It rides fine otherwise. It does have a Warn 424 unit and it was in 2wd when it happened. The 424 seems to work properly after this occurred. Any ideas why that front wheel locked up??

I got a quote on an 1000r XTP with $1900 in accessories. He’s giving me 13,999 for the bike and 1,520 for the accessories. $5000 down 4.59% 60 month loan.

Decent? I did check another place and they can’t come close to it.

I’m feeling pretty good about this but wanted to check to see if anyone had the chance to see any numbers for themselves.
