Hey all, I’ve got a new to me 2013 Renegade xxc 1000 and am looking to snorkel. Can anyone recommend the best kit out there for sale right now? Heard mixed reviews on SYA and Triangle’s kits… Anyone here have any input?

I have a sportsman 90.runs great until it’s near water.even driving in some mud it starts bogging.it will sit and idle all day when u hit throttle it bogs.replaced carb with new one same thing.can’t figure it out.help.
1992 TRX 300 4×4 Brakes lock up hard

I am new to the forum. Thanks to all who post here to help novice mechanics like myself. I have an issue where my brakes will lock up extremely hard the first few times I use them. I mean, really hard. Chin hit the handlebars hard. After a few brake activations, the brakes seem to work normally, until the next time I use it. Had it in the shop, they couldn’t find any smoking guns, adjusted the rear brakes, seemed ok for a while and now it does the same thing. Any ideas out there?

Runaway 250
Just rebuilt a 250 Trailblazer [not my first rodeo] Rebuilt from rejected nonrunning hulk. New top end, been all thru the carb and fuel system. It starts fairly easily with the pull start. Will not settle down to idle it just wants to rev up like a runaway diesel. Will not shut down with key or engine stop switch. The only way to kill it is to choke it to death. I’ve rebuilt many of these motors and have never seen this before

Went to install rox risers and stripped throttle screws, need help
Hey guys, I went to install my rox riser setup on my 14 Grizz and stripped the phillips number 2 screw heads that hold the throttle assembly to the bars. I could tell after the first one i tried that they were in there super tight. I took an impact screwdriver and hit it a few times. The screw head got mangled. I tried the second with a normal screw driver, same thing. These things are in there, and they are very soft. I want to install this Rox setup, but i need to get these screws out, and get new ones. Any ideas? I thought about trying to get a small vice grip on the screw head and turning it. I could weld a nut onto the screw head, but i’m worried i’ll melt the throttle assembly with the heat. My machine is basically new with 30 hours on it. Must have loctite on the screws.
2000 Sportsman 500 Headlight Pod Removal
Need to install new ignition key set. Have removed 3 screws from back side (closest to seat) but cannot lift pod up and off to access key switch. There are 2 small holes on the underside of the pod at the front (left & right). Are there screws in them? Can’t see up in there and can’t feel anything with a small screwdriver.
400ex shutting off for unknown reason
Hey guys. I have an 05 400ex and I race cross country and the last two rounds my quad has just randomly shut off halfway through the first lap. I have checked my carb and cleaned it. Cleaned the gas tank and checked my wiring on my kill switch and my spark to my plug is good. Battery is good and checked the regulator and stuff like the manual says with a multimeternal and it all checked out good. It runs fine the first half of the lap and just dies and won’t fire back up. I get towed back to my truck after sitting for about 40 minutes and it fires right up and rides fine until the next race. I need help!! Anything anyone can suggest would be awesome! Thanks!
