2011 Honda Rancher won’t start or shift

I have a 2011 Honda Rancher ES with power steering. I parked it the other day and everything was fine. I went to turn the key over and the power steering light is on and the neutral light blinks with the gear indicator at a steady pace to the clicks. Pushing the electronic shiftier does nothing and pushing the starter it doesn’t turn over or make any noise. The battery is good. I can’t retrieve codes because the gear indicator seems to be stuck. All I am getting is clicking. Tried rocking it back in forth to get into a gear, but the neutral light is on. I am a little lost of what to do to figure the problem out. Has anyone else experienced this? I uploaded the video on you tube and here is a link to it https://youtu.be/M_cHMWxdXz8. I don’t know if you can hear the clicking in it but it is too the same rhythm as the gear indicator. Any help would be appreciated. Video https://youtu.be/M_cHMWxdXz8

Rear Rack Bag Options

Hi all.

I’m looking for a rear rack bag – ideally something with the Linq system. I don’t want anything with zips as these clog up with mud and break. I was using an Ogio bag on my Polaris and that worked well but was wondering what else you guys are using? Thanks!

’95 Polaris 300 Kills when shifted into Reverse

Hello,

To catch everyone up, I had to replace the ignition switch on my 95 4×4 300. In the process of doing that, I hooked up the wires incorrectly and fried something and the 4 wheeler would not start. It would turn over, but not fire up. Had a junker similar 4 wheeler, and swapped CDI units….well my Polaris now starts! However, once shifted into Reverse, it dies! Anyone know where to look on this issue? I’m assuming it’s some relay, but I’m not sure. Thanks!

2008 420 Rancher ES Shift Issue

Hello,

First time posting here. I’m have a strange shifting issue and none of the ones that I have read about thus far are similar. Here goes:

2008 420 Rancher ES, less that 50 hours on it. When idle it will shift through the gears just fine. When moving slowly, like creeper slow it will also shift gears. However once you begin moving over 3-MPH or so it will no longer shift.

I changed the angle sensor, no luck. Shift motor seems fine because of it shifting when idle. I know the shift buttons on the handle bar work because of this as well.

What am I missing?

Thanks

2007 Can Am Renegade 800?

Hey guys,

I’m looking to join the Can Am crew and getting a Renegade 800 (currently have a Sportsman 500).
I’ve got a potential deal on a super clean (only about 200+ miles), 2007 Renegade 800 ho. What do you guys know about the 2007s? Better to look for an ’08 or newer?

Thanks for your thoughts!
