So I take my bike in for a weird noise after both of my difs got rebuilt under warranty.
the dealer says I have a bad ujoint and brp will not cover it or the damage it did to seals.
I keep a well maintained bike and greased several times since I purchased it new 12 months ago.
1. How can a ujoint only last a year or 1000 miles?
2. How comes the other 2 ujoints are fine?
3. How can BRP say this is not a warrantable case?
I have had atvs that were 10 years old with the same ujoints.
Are we to replace all ujoints annually to keep this from happening?

Ive seen some videos on youtube and they make it look like the HD winches are super simple to install. Run the wires up to the battery connections and everything else is pre wired. I was at a dealer today shopping for a new machine and winch discussion came up. The salesmen called the service department and they show 1.25 hours of labor and he said it is not as simple as plug and play. Have any of you added the winches to the machine. I am assuming it is something most people can do with no problems? I think they were just trying to talk me into having them install it so they can make a quick buck.
Looking at either a 570 or 450 HO,
I bought a new renegade xmr a few weeks ago and ever since new when I first start it and drive at low speeds it sputters a little bit. After a few mins of driving it runs great. Has anyone else’s bike done this?
So yesterday while riding my 2001 250ex it suddely lost power and died after it blew white smoke from somewhere. I tried to start it back up and it will not start. I ended up pushing it four miles back to my shop. Its been needing new piston ring for a while but im not sure if that is the problem. It sounds like it may not be getting gas. Ive only got $500 altogether in this bike and id like to keep it that way if possible. What is the problem? Why wont it start? Thanks!
Curious how many riders on here are from Va land. I am from the Richmond area and ride at Busco Beach NC and Slades in Surry, Va. Actually heading to Slades on the 18th if anyone is in the area and want to join.
Anyone here have experience with EPIs weights? I have used there springs for everything but want to build a collection of weights for different riding. Was hiking about just ordering a bunch of weights from them or is there a better option.
Want more 18gram for future mods to other bikes and down to 16 and up to 21 and maybe higher just to have in the shop.
Looking for cost effective route as well as good quality any ideas?
