2013 Grizzly 700 having issues

Our 2013 grizzly 700 is just having issues. We ride it all the time & usually have no problems & we live in south Louisiana so we do some pretty serious mud riding. Well new years we went riding for the hole weekend & didn’t have no problem at all. We rode the hell out of it. At about midnight Saturday it started spitting & sputtering, & losing power. I wasn’t able to get over 15mph. Sort of like it was in limp mode. I thought it was the gas cus usually we use nonethanol in all our bikes, but I couldn’t find any so I used 93 octane. Anyways I’ve done just about everything to fix the issue & I can’t figure it out. On the dash there is the check engine & 43. What is that & how do you reset the computer? How do you get it out of limp mode? It does crank & idle, but after about 5 minutes it dies. Is there a manual that I can download?

2002 Polaris Sportsman 700 Clamps?

There is a tee joint in the cooling system that requires 3 clamps on my 2002 Polaris 700, the part numbers are 7081047 (qty 2) and 7080826 (qty 1). The 7081047 clamp is not available anymore it looks like, is there a way to determine the size and what a good replacement would be?

The guy that had it before me replaced these with screw clamps, but they loosen up and allow coolant to leak.

2000 grizzly 600 crankcase

Hi to everyone!! i’m a new to this forum. This is my firts post. First of all excuse my english im from montreal. So i’ve bought my first atv last summer a 2000 grizzly 600 with now 8000km on it and run real great but last week end when i tried help a friend when i put my grizz on reverse a tree branch pass trough my foot rest and hit my oil level gauge and make fall inside crankcase (a chance on a million!!!!!!) I have search the web for how i can fix it but found nothing helpful, i was thinking is just a press fit from exterior of the cover but this morning i have realise thet can’t be achieve by exterior. I’m thinking i had to open the crankcase cover because the gauge seem to be press fit but from interior side? is it possible?, Somebody can confirm It ? And if i had to open it i seem to be a opportunity to do the timing chain with tensionner ? and what other part can i replace at the same time, beraing, gasket ect !!!

Thank to everybodie in advance

Let’s See More January Pictures…..

Here in Colorado we have periods of winter cold, then snow, then warm and then rain so every week can be different.
The week after New Years (2 weeks ago) it was cold, then dumped snow which piled up to 3′ deep in some of the open valleys above town and stayed until it started to rain earlier last week.
Over the last few days, Ridgway has been in the zone between the weather moving out of the Northwest crossing just to the north of here, the weather moving up from the Gulf of Mexico passing against the east side of the continental divide and a 3rd system from the Southwest by way of the Baja of Mexico.
This morning as it started to snow (about 1" an hour) I took a drive and got a few pictures.

(the snow was building up on the back of the horns)

There wasn’t much early traffic, so after passing him I turned around and warmed the camera lens by the defrost vent.
Here are a few more pictures.

2016 Grizz mods?????????????

Hi guys! Does anybody have experience with an EHS controller and Barker dual exhaust? 8-10 ponies at the rear wheels sounds good, but will it be STUPID loud? I plan on doing lots of mods come spring like tires (black water evo’s or pitbull growlers have’nt decided yet) EPI spring, more fiddling with the clutches etc.

IF the exhaust does give me 8 ponies or so maybe the clutching can wait cause all my plans are NOT CHEAP!! Performance wise I will be getting tires most definitely in 27" or 28" I am leaning towards the Growlers more and more. This all depends how thick my wallet is come spring! LOL!
