Front differential issue 2009 Grizz 700

I had a wierd noise that seemed to be coming from my clutch cover, after alot of work i still hadnt resolved the issue. On a routine inspection of the front end suspension i noticed my right wheel made noise while turning. I dismantled everything hoping it would be a wheel bearing issue, but sadly the noise was coming from the front differential, not the axle, not the bearing..

What is wierd is that the left side makes no sound at all, only the right one. To my knowledge the front diff never went low on fluid level. The machine is about 6000km, it’s a 2009 Grizzly 700 with EPS.

I made a video to give you an idea, sorry for my spoken english, it sucks 😛

Clutch cover hot

Not completely sure if this is the right category to put this thread under but on my ’13 outlander 800 with the 840 kit the clutch cover gets extremely hot. Hot enough to burn just as much as the motor in the other side. Is this a common design problem on the ’13 outlanders or is there something I can do with the heat shield or anything. The clutching is stock so that’s not fit anything to do with it.

Clutch came undone

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? The primary clutch was stuck. So I pulled it apart cleaned and greased it. When I put it back together the machine kept stalling, it’s an 07 can am outlander 800 xt. I thought it was a carburetor issue so I reved it. As you can see in the pictures the primary came in contact with the secondary. The only thing I can figure is the, and only because I’m missing two of them, two fingers were "outside " and struck the secondary. It was a spectacular boom when it happened and parts went flying everywhere. I ordered replacement parts and I’m concerned about it happening again. I’m not even positive the fingers were outside, not even sure that that can happen. Could it possibly be that I over tightened the primary bolt. Just looking for help and advice

Base gasket leaking on fresh rebuild

I just bought a 719 stoker kit for my 660 and got it all together and it was leaking oil out the base gasket so i tore it apart and tried again with new gaskets and i used copper coat sealant on it this time hoping that would do it and now its leaking again. I got the right length bolts in the right holes im pretty sure. But i just dont get it ive never had this issue with anything. am i missing something? Is there some big trick to these motors?
