Hi all.new to this but I just got my new triple black Rene 1000 xxc and changed my tyres to 27-10-12 kenda executioners on all corners.however a clicking noise started after about 20 hours and now a squeaking noise when I jerk the trottle and when engine braking engages when slowing down,there is a loud whining noise while easing off trottle? Someone told me that the gearbox is geared only for stock wheels and that I may have fecked the box? Something about gear ratio or ratio of wheel turning?had these same tyres on my grizz 700 with no issues? Going back to dealer tomorrow to find issue but he said it prob is belt? Belt done at 20 hours? Please help!!! Mick.

new member and Yamaha Quad owner here . I have a 2011 450 EPS ( actually Kodiak badgeing in Canada ) and I see Yamaha only makes the glide plate for the 550 and 700. I looked at wheelbase , length dimensions etc. and they are not that much different between the 450 and 700 , like an inch at most. Anyone know if the glide plate would fit on the smaller 450 ok , maybe just have to drill a few holes in different spots ??

i got a friends quad that I’m looking at and i have the toe adjusted as far as it will go and the tire is still toed in a lot. Nothing seems to be bent from what i can see. Steering stem looks ok, struts look ok. tie rods aren’t bent. Front arms seem to look ok. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you did to fix it? Any ideas would be great. Thanks Much.

Was told stadard warranty was 1 year, have option to buy extended warranty for addtional 2 years for $900 cdn.
Apparently its discounted 50% on speccial.
Should i get it ?
What is polaris like to deal with on warranty iussues ?

Are there any issues with this engine , trans ?

I am a mechanic by trade and done lots of mods to my yamaha

cant wait to see what 90hp feels like. Got mine in the bronze
