Any tips to remove stock primary clutch?

I’m getting ready to install my VFJ Team Primary clutch and I’m struggling to get the stock primary clutch removed. I do have the kawasaki clutch puller that john suggested and its a nice strong tool. I ran it in with my air impact wrench on the lower 3 torque settings. I tried it a little bit on the highest torque setting on my impact wrench, but I don’t want to destroy the crank or something stupid.
Any tips or suggestions?

I know I’m kinda premature with this question, but I thought it would be better to ask first before I jam all the torque to the crank and twist something off!
Any input is greatly appreciated.
I sent john an email as his phone didn’t answer, I’m sure he is busy wrenching just like I am! :thumbsmilie:
