800 Cam tolerance

Please help. I just bought a 2012 800 with 750 miles. Drove it 10, and the engine is toast. Disassembled it and one rod bearing is bad, the other got extremely hot, the cam is very worn, lifters worn, balancing shaft got hot at bearings. Ordered new crank assembly, cam, lifters, bearings, pistons, seals, etc. Two questions; first, the case has some rough spots on the cam journals. Can they be cleaned up and the case be reused or will the tolerances be too loose? What are the tolerances on the cam in the journals? I guess three questions. Should I replace the balancing shaft as well?
