I can’t believe I didn’t notice this before, my wife’s new 850 has 3 wheel disk brakes and my new 1000 XP has 4. The specs for both are exactly the same, but Polaris cheapes out and removes the disk brake on the rear left wheel to cut costs. Very sneaky bastards, all descriptions and specs say 4 wheel disk, same as the 1000. I know the single disk works the same way as it works thru the axle and rear diff, but it’s still less braking power and not as advertised. Makes me wonder what else they took off and don’t tell you. :irked:
