2016 Sportsman 570 Steering Stem Skeaking Like Hell! How To Fix??

I have a video of this, but internet is too slow to upload where I’m at right now… Also did a search, and found another similar thread where guys used WD-40 on the steering stem bushing under the headlight pod.

I’ve already done that (albeit used white lightning lubricant, not WD, really make a difference what lube you use? *haha, that’s what she said :guitar:), and no change.

I disassembled the bezel housing in front of the headlight pod where you hookup winch power cables to be SURE there isn’t a grease fitting on the stem somewhere (If I remember right, the older sportsman 500’s had a grease fitting there right? Almost all polaris sleds have one there too), but couldn’t find a thing.

What gives? Any ideas on how to stop the squeaking? It’s getting a bit ridiculous. I don’t think the power steering motor is making a peep… All the noise is coming from up higher.

Thanks for any tips!
