Well I’m new here just purchased a 2016 Can Am Outlander L 570, first day out had an awesome day beautiful machine. Was heading back to truck while playing in brush as I headed up hill i started to spin tires so I threw it in reverse and just so happened I ran over a nest of about 500 ground bees, I panicked as most people would threw it in reverse, as I was stung about 20 times I pushed reverse override to get away faster because I had nowhere to go. Turned bars to fast and rolled her over one time at about 10 mph on her right rear end. It landed upright. Looked like minimal damage (besides my right shoulder which dislocated) at first but removed back rack and started to look more into It I believe my handlebars are bent, theirs no play in steering column but front left tire took a good hit when she landed and theirs some grass and dirt between tire and rim, Is that something to worry about?. Seems out of alignment also, I don’t believe the steering stem is bent but then again I haven’t looked, tie rods look fine.
I’ve been browsing the forum and have heard a lot about people putting aftermarket handle bars that are much sturdier one person mentioned using renegade bars. If anyone could give me a little information that would be great. Don’t want to void my warranty.
Also if the rack is totally shot so anyone know of any good aftermarket ones? And should I be looking for outlander l specific parts or what’s the deal with that???
P.s. this is my first ATV ever so be gentle on me my pride is hurt enough already
